August 5th, 2010 01:44 PMSoranoYah.. I am the goat whisperer. I can get them to talk to me. But they escape a lot because they can climb underneath our fences. And they like the horses but don't understand that the horses don't like them.
The bunnies are precious. :D They need to been socialized a bit more, but I love how soft they are.
Annnnd the cats are just annoying and beg for food constantly.
I plan on doing it after, or at least hope so! Getting a job is first priority, though. I hope I don't have to move out of town to get one. I really want to take photos of people's pets for money.. they are what I am best at taking photos of. :)
August 5th, 2010 08:43 AMRyoutarouGood lord that's a lot of animals. D: Goats are cool, though! So are lion head rabbits, I absolutely adore those and used to play with an old and super fuzzy one at the only pet store around here that has any before someone bought him. Though...cats, I am so freaking allergic to those things, which sucks 'cause they are damn near my favorite animal. XD;
But those shows would have been really neat, I imagine you could probably do that next summer or whenever you finish your program. :O
August 5th, 2010 08:33 AMSoranoOH, and I forgot that we have about 5565756 cats too!
August 5th, 2010 08:32 AMSoranoYes, horses. Currently I have a large variety of animals. Here's a list:
- 10 dogs (4 Siberian Huskies, 3 Chihuahuas, 1 Pomeranian, 1 Border Collie, 1 Golden Retriever)
- 5 pygmy goats
- 4 lion head rabbits
- 2 donkies
- lots of horses
... :D It's a zoo here.
It would have been an extremo awesome year off. I'd get to travel to lots of different events.. horse shows, cattle shows, etc.. XD
August 5th, 2010 08:25 AMRyoutarouSaaame and...well, I don't think it's too sad, they were a lot of fun and definitely gave me a lot of great memories. XD
Ooh I can sorta remember you talking about...what was it, horses? Yeah, something like that! But I never really figured you for someone wanting to be a vet, though it does sound very cool. That would have been an interesting year off, at least better than what a lot of people do during their years off and just laze around. XD
Yes, but I've come to terms with it! Except for those times I cry myself to sleep. :D
August 5th, 2010 07:56 AMSoranoI kind of miss all the conversations I used to have with everyone here. I spent most of my adolescence on MSN and PC.. it's kinda sad, but I do miss it. XD
Really? I love animals. As long as I am surrounded by them every day, my life will be a happy one. Well, hopefully. :D It's only an 8 month course, so after I am probably going to take some Photography courses as well. I was going to take a year off, because someone I know said they could get me an apprenticeship with this really awesome photographer. But I wanted to get started in the Veterinary business first.
And I guess. You're really old now.. :x
August 5th, 2010 07:22 AMRyoutarouOoh that sounds like you've got a pretty spiffy life going for you so far. I haven't really been all that active for the last three years or so, and it's been even longer since I felt like I really talked to the old group I used to on a regular basis, but I thought it would be neat to at least try and change my posting habits and I'm finding it easy enough to get back into posting.
Veterinary Assistant? Definitely would not have figured you for that. XD; But! It still sounds pretty neat, good luck in it! I know a few people into that program at my school and they always seem to enjoy it. I started out going for a degree in Journalism myself, but after randomly taking a Photography class, I quickly ended up changing my degree to that with Journalism as a minor. Weeeeell you're still young, if it makes you feel better, I was your age waaay the heck back in 2006. XD;
August 5th, 2010 06:51 AMSoranoCongrats!
I don't really talk to anyone either. I have been trying to post a little bit more frequently after an extremely long absence, but just because I have been bored. :x
Life is pretty groovy for me, too. I graduated highschool with flying colours, and I am off to college in September to be a Veterinary Assistant. :D It's pretty crazy. I was only 11 when I joined here, and now I feel so old. Bah humbug.
August 5th, 2010 06:46 AMRyoutarouHot damn, my memory hasn't gone the way of the dinosaurs.
Yeeeees, it's been quite a while. :O I sorta don't talk to anyone else too much these days from back then, but it's always cool when they bug me again to talk. I have been good! Life has been pretty groovy for me lately, am in school again, well, summer now, am happy annnnd I finally got off my lazy butt, got back on said butt, and forced myself to start posting on PC again. Annnd you? :D
August 5th, 2010 06:42 AMSoranoYA THAT'S ME!
