Alright - I am home; I am done with giving people rides for today - and I am ready to trade with your togepi :P
And I have 2 Togekiss I use for doubles, (keep in mind - doubles, which follow me is useless outside of :P ) one which is bold, with HP and Def EV's, with the last 4 in any of Sp Atk, Sp Def, or Speed, and having Serene Grace. The one with bold, I carries a rocky helmet on, and knows Follow Me, Roost, Air Slash, and Dazzling Gleam. In doubles, its massive physical bulk with that nature and EV spread with those beautiful base stats lets it draw just about any physical hit onto itself, while causing recoil from Rocky Helmet to the attacker, while its teammate can set up boosting moves or hazards, tailwind, etc; or wipe out a faster mon or double threat to the both of them. Roost gives it reliable recovery, and the power to tank even more physical hits, dropping its weakness to everything bar poison and steel, and Air Slash like you mentioned - lets it flinch anything slower than it 60% of the time with Serene Grace. Dazzling Gleam also has great use too, as it comes off of a monstrous base 120 Sp Atk stat with STAB, and even without investment that stings a bit - especially with Fairy being such a great offensive type, and hitting both opponents.
