I meant pros as in positives, advantages, rather than players. (Hence me continuing 'cons'). Yay for words with double meanings. >_< Can easily see why you thought I meant pros as in good players...

Anywho, I don't really know too much about the competitive scene - you'd be better off asking mods of the battling sections who would know the battlers better than other mods here seeing they work there. XD Dark Azelf and Anti are in the Pokemon Strategies and Movesets (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?f=12) and Horizon and Ursula in the Battle Stadium section (http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=30&f=160 - but I believe the former two are more knowldgable with who is one of the better players or not). There's also smogon.com which has its own online battle system and where plenty of people on PC battle - they probably list who won the last tournements they host over there so perhaps try to find out there. I have 3 of them, but the IV guy at battle tower says this one is best.
I doubt any of the IVs will be below 20.
