Hey. I haven't been on for awhile and I've been meaning to thank you for your review of my short story I posted a few months back. College has been killing me. So yeah thanks! :D

I'll see if I can get wifi on my 3DS later this evening. I'm out of town, so I'm not sure.

Well, the way Caitlyn worked through her initial anger and disappointment and related the other trainer's journey to her own. It shows just a bit of character development, which is always my favorite part of a story.

Writing style wise, I didn't notice any new typos, and the grammar was on point. Your word choice conveyed the sort of mysterious vibe I think you were going for, and you were showing, not telling. You trimmed out the fat and kept with what the story required, which is a good thing when it comes to word restriction. I felt like you got a lot of story out of a few words.

I feel like I'm echoing what everyone else has said, though, so just be reassured that you did a good job.

I've read through your story a couple times now, and everything I could think of is covered by bobandbill and Bay. I really can't think of anything else to add. It's a good story!

It's just a quirky little idea that popped in my head, so I'm running with it. I don't think it requires much knowledge of the movie, as it takes place many years after it. It's the movie that inspired me to start writing, which makes it my favorite. It'll still be a while before I have anything to post.

I've been meaning to participate, but I struggle to find the time. What little time I do have to write is dedicated to either the fanfic, or planning for my next novel attempt.

Not right now, but I might have a District 9 fanfic coming out in a couple months. If you haven't seen that, then I guess that doesn't really matter, haha. It's been much too long since I've written anything.

Yeah, sure! I'll try to get to it tonight, but I have a few things I have to take care of first. If not tonight, then I'll definitely review it within the next couple days.

i'll have to drop by and check out some of the stories down there. how many of the animal crossing games or games in general? if we're talking about animal crossing games i've played all of them excluding the one on gamecube. i'd say wild world is probably the best game to start on and then move up through the series if you want to get the full experience. animal crossing is one of those games where when the new one comes out you really can't go back and play the other ones hah. what kinds of games are you interested in?

Yeah actually, we're now on an online relationship after asking her. You know, I find it strange that you're not bothered by this sticky situation yet you're bothered with diversity in terms of race and gender in entertainment media, even though as a minority myself, it really shouldn't matter much, which is why I felt uneasy about Big Hero Six, since they changed most of the Japanese cast from the original comic into other races for the sake of diversity and being more relatable, even though you can still relate to a character regardless of their race or gender. Because of this, I feel bothered by token characters, as they felt like they were shoehorned-in for the sake of diversity (I plan to make a thread about this someday).

it's actually kind of inspiring to see you post haha, i'm sure that sounds odd. i tend to hang around off-topic and sometimes i'll crawl into the media and fan clubs (i'm a big animal crossing fan). how about you?

i'd just like to say i love everything i've seen you say on the d&d. i don't like to comment on the topics since some of the comments are unfathomable but the things you say are so nicely phrased and you make it really enjoyable to read the topics there.

That post was made before my post at the Valentine's thread, so I was able to learn from your previous response on what the phrase actually meant.
