I only plan my Pokemon for the video games. For the RP I'm kind of vaguely figuring out what Pokemon would be nice to have. XD That's about it.

I use those sites too, but only after I've gotten the Pokemon or when I'm in need of a move list. XD I'm not really a "prepare before the game" kind of person, unfortunately.
