Friend I'm not American and I just came here to pick a doubt, when I create a topic why you could not limit the creation of threads with only 15 posts that is only posted in order to create a topic. My topic was deleted?

Welcome to PC! Please read some of the rules before you continue posting. So far, you've posted 5 times in my section and broken the rules 5 times. Give reasons for your choices in all threads, mostly, but I don't want to just follow you around and delete your posts so please go edit them? Thanks!
