The .dls file is an overlay- It won't be added to the MIDI on export. Once repaired and inserted, it should sound correct.

No problem. Don't hesitate to ask in the thread if you have any questions. :D

You'd have to follow my tutorial. Note, that the music won't loop. I'm actively researching on this, though.

Did you re-insert the .sdat back into the game and save changes?
    I
You will need to extract Sound_Data.sdat from Platinum and open the .sdat in CrystalTile. Find the Champion theme and right-click to import and browse to the .sseq you extracted. Save it, then import the modified sound_data.sdat back into Platinum. If it doesn't work, then try using a Hex Editor.

To make it easier on yourself, if you do not want to modify it in any way, just export it as it's normal filetype, instead of midi. It will save you some pain later on. If you want to modify it, then you will want to export as a midi.

Odd. How many tracks does your song have? It can handle 15 maximum.
    I
It's just a click-and-drag program. There is nothing to click on. It will create a filenameofmidi.sseq in the location of the MIDI.

It should work. As of now, I'm unable to rip from GBA properly. What does midi2sseq do?
