  • That's fine - I too have been busy with the...joys of uni, if you will. =p

I have outgrown my bike a good while ago, haha. Was fun while it lasted though I guess.
Fair enough then. Character lists aren't a bad thing to do at times (say if you are working out the story and want to organise it nicely), but they don't often work well in the actual telling of the story.

I used to ride a bike a bit, and getting up my hill was a right bugger to do. XD
Good luck with it! I'm not much of a drawing/visual art person myself though so I can't offer any specific advice on spriting myself.

Alright, I suppose main things of note with posting stories in the section is to include a prologue/first chapter in the opening post. I'd also suggest avoiding stuff like character lists - save that for the story itself and let the readers discover the characters and what they are like while reading it.

It's unique, certainly. XD Although a bugger to get to by foot I guess if you are not used to walking up steep hills. Plenty of wildlife to see at times though, mostly of the bird and lizard kind.
Hmm... there's the Tutorial subsection of Rom Hacking which has some threads about spriting in it. As for places to show sprite there's the Pixel Art part of the art sections, which also has a sticky thread on spriting tutorials as well.

And if you intend to post it on the forums, sure, and if not then probably still can! What is it about and all?

I've been doing karate for most of my life, haha. As for freerunning I've never tried it, and my backyard is bushland and many metres below my house, which is on stilts and on a steep hill. XD
Hello there! I'll be happy to take you on. =) If you have any questions about PC or whatnot just send away!

*spies at profile* Ooh, you do Taekwondo? Nice, I do karate myself. Freerunning sounds impressive too, I must say, from what I've seen of that.
