Hey. I saw your Kanto League thread in BTB. Wanted to let you know that I think it's great that there's another league in town besides the one I'm a part of. It's good to see that you thought out the rules and structure of the league beforehand; too many leagues I've seen are just like "hey this is a league let's battle peeps!" with no real structure or anything, or they try to hammer out some rules and stuff but aren't active enough to keep it going. A couple of bits of advice I have for you about your league: 1) you may want to provide a link to the pages showing what teams the gym leaders used so people know exactly what Pokemon they have to use, and 2)make sure that the people who sign up as Gym Leaders and Elite 4 members are going to be reasonably active. The number one killer of leagues that I've seen is inactive leaders/E4 halting people's progress, which makes them lose interest and the league dies from inactivity.
