    Unfortunately I don't have access to PokeBank or the Transporter. I would love to help you, but I only have these Pokemon through trading on the GTS. :( Sorry!

    I'm going to research a bit more and see if it can learn these moves through breeding as opposed to move tutor in gen V.

    Sorry about that I was at work the last couple days and didn't have time to respond, but anyway I have a female Frillish with 4 IVs (Att, Sp Att, Sp Def and Speed) that I would be willing to trade for a 4 IV Ditto and I can trade that one right now, but if you're willing to wait for me to breed another Frillish (Ivs indeterminate) then I would have one for you later tonight or even tomorrow morning depending on when you're available.
