Well if you already beat the pummelo league and all that thing and you want to find carly after hear cutscene with blue in kanto , just go to tarroco island ( east of pumello , the path was blocked but isnt now ) and follow right until you find a sea , then go up and you will find tangerine island then go to this spot ( http://imgur.com/wFAdNgc ) go up then you will find hamlim island ( carly is in a cave with white rocks )
Hey bro just go to this place ( http://imgur.com/aN5tAlS ) its east of saffron then surf until you find the power plant than surf a little more then you will find an waterfall use it
then walk over the water pool ( try go to the middle ) then volcanion will appear
