I don't know if your starter kit is still in progress, but a while ago I posted in their which could be of help to you.

I will definitely give this a shot. I can't promise you anything perfect or amazing but I will give it my best. I've recently been improving my pixel art that I've created from scratch so I'm eager to try out what I can do. Do you need animations?

I will definitely give it a go. But what generation is it from just so I can have an idea of what game style I should mimic.

I'm not too good with creating sprites from scratch. I haven't really had the time to practice too much of that. I'm good at recoloring and splicing things together. I could always give it a go, but I can't promise anything miraculous. Is this game like a gen 3 type hack?

But 3D pro uses infomation and memory from the SD card the app is saved on.
Whre as 3DS games, unless required nothing has been confirmed for SD cards so they may not have enough space.

Xbox and PS3 can't count here due to being Hardrive using consoles, and have alot more space compared to a small 3DS using mostly 1 maybe 3GB SD's.

I know the 3DS apps can link to DS games, but I'm not sure that 3DS games can link to DS games, besides, PMD3D didn't have enough memory space to have all 648 pokémon in 3D models, so only around 160 Pokémon appear in it.
So I don't think XY will have enough for 800+ Pokémon. Thus some pokemon might not make the cut. So, some Pokémon might not be able to be ported over, causing problems as well.

I kinda hope for Gen III remakes.
    But I don't won't Ruby and Sapphire.
I'd rather an Emerald Remake, then either a Blue or a Yellow Remake.
Making it easier to collect Pokémon and a big money maker for Game Freak.
