You're verily much welcome nwn It has a spread of 31 | X | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31, meaning you'll be better off with special attacks instead of physical ones (but really, nobody uses a physical set with Cottonee so you should be okay :P)

Your specifications are certainly achievable, all of my cottonee are impish and most of the 5IV ones are females :D
