Until I insert a cry editor, you will need to hack it the old fashioned way. Please remember that the hoenn cry table is what is listed in the ini. This table is simply an index of what pokemon gets what slot in the main cry table. This table is unexpanded. You will need to repoint it and expand it to add more entries.
