3 water pokemon, you could use dragonair/dratini as a base. one ice, one psychic and the last one should have a kind of tropical look.
One evil pokemon; dark/ground. Yeah, you've got carte blanche on this one, use your creativity.

And, why not get you busy right away.

First of all, I want a legendary electric pokemon.
It could look like a combination of luxray and suicune.
Colors:
Main color: Dark blue (marine like),
Feet and face: 'Regular' blue,
Electric touch:Yyellow and white.

I would prefer the size of luxray, kind of small and swift.
