Not entirely active at the moment, as I have been very busy for the past week and will be this week as well. I will try to look over the posted SUs today, and then give any accepted the opportunity to post. After that, when I have the free time, I will post the next part of the chapter. Just to let you know, Cell was a bio-android created by Dr. Gero (and Dr. Gero's supercomputer). If you had said something about that on a Dragonball website, you would've been destroyed on the spot. As for myself, I'm cool about it. XD

Yeah, Instant Transmission is fairly useful. Just know that you can't change it at any point of the RP.

He's never had Energy Absorption. Only characters that I think had Energy Absorption were the Androids from DBZ and Super 17 from DBGT. Could be wrong on that one though. It has been a while since I've seen the entire Dragonball series though.

Instant Learning allows the character to use the move, even if they didn't know it a split-second before, after seeing it used once.

Now, for me to explain further. New moves, upon being learned, can be used by that character. New moves do not replace old ones, unless the new move is a powered up version of an attack the character already knows. In that case, it replaces the weaker version. See what I'm saying?

For battles, characters are only allowed to use two (three for Namekians and Blizzarians) signature moves and one ultimate attack, no matter how many moves they know. Before the battle, the user needs to choose what two (again, three for Namekians and Blizzarians) signature moves and one ultimate attack to bring into the battle.

Hm... Heater? I don't know. It is usually agreed by those in the Dragonball community that people of the Unnamed Race (Blizzarians in the RP) should have names that reference the cold. May I suggest looking up Spanish and Latin words for cold, ice, and other various cold things?

Now, you don't HAVE to be Blizzarian. You can be whatever you want. I would just greatly appreciate it if you (or pokemongarnet) were a Blizzarian.

Anyways, no one really knows what the Blizzarian equivalent is to an eighteen year old human. I just made it the same for sanity's sake. XD

Trust me, no one is going to RP like that here in this RP. I simply wouldn't allow that. That would make my RP look like it was for n00bs.

The way it shall work here is different... I will decide on fights that do not involve my character. When it does involve my character, I will take a vote in the OOC/ SU Thread on who they think should win. Simple enough.

You... actually bring up a good point. That is something I should have thought more about. I just assumed that everyone would know that they would be able to fly and read/sense ki. Thanks for that.

The fights are going to be rather odd. Since this is a RP, you gotta be fair to not only you, but to everyone as well. As the RP goes, I will figure out how the fights will work.
