I'm using 0.25, mostly everything has been translated but there are a few things (some of the buttons on the free space finder are in german), and I was using the "insert new itemroutine" button which didn't save. Also if I could make some suggestions, it would be nice if we could actually change palettes for sprites in the tool, since you can edit the text field but not actually change them (and you can just open the file in notepad and change palettes so I imagine it would be easy to do). I'd also like to be able to reorder the palettes, if I insert a new sprite the background color isn't actually the background most of the time, even though the tool indexes the sprites. Just a few suggestions, I like the tool but I think it can be improved further.

Hey, I've been using your advanced item editor tool recently (I found a more up to date version on another site), I was just wondering if you were still working on it since I've found some problems with it. Your language choice doesn't save when closing and reopening the tool, it doesn't seem to save when I try to insert a new item routine, it's not fully translated to english, and the item names reset when you change the description. I really hope you can work on and improve, it's really nice to be able to edit things like the sprites and item routines so quickly and easily. It makes item editing so much better, especially when most other tools don't even offer close to this functionality.

It's all ASM. You just need to find the relevant routines.

I've posted in the Gen III split disassembly thread with the offsets of some routines I've identified for abilities.

Technician and Multiscale for example go into the damage calculation routine.
