I don't even support offensive Blissey at all. It's outclassed by other special attackers, like Exploud, who packs a lot of power in STAB Boomburst. There are also better bulky Special Attackers, like Aegislash, Heatran, Mega Venusaur, heck even Mega Ampharos and Mega Blastoise.
