    Hello, my name is Gustavo, I'm from Brazil and I loved your Hack Room, "Pokémon Heart Gold Golden Edition", so in this message I want to make a suggestion for improvement. You can put all legends as captureable, just like Sacred Gold and Storm Silver. So, it is because your Hack is much better, detailed and everything, only that is missing, so I even have a DS XL here, I can even play with your Hack. Would you do that for me???
    I made a somewhat lengthy post in the HGSS Golden Edition thread regarding some things about the hack. You might want to go and check it out.
    I have bad news for you about the reusable TMs. I patched my clean v10 E ROM using your patch to update my game. Then, when I used every useable item (even Poké Balls), they were also reusable.
    Thinking that I did something wrong, I tested again the method I sent to you on both clean v10 E and USA ROMs. It seems that modifying that byte makes every item reusable.
    Sadly, I'm far to knowing the solution of that problem. You may have to remove the feature (following the tutorial, but changing again the BD at 0x78452 in the ARM9.bin to 49. That will remove reusable TMs, but fix every item). If you had a backup before adding that "feature", it would be safer IMO.
    I apologize about all problems caused by this, it was very imprudent of my part.
    Sorry to bother you, but this can be interesting to you about reusable TMs in HG/SS:

    -I followed this tutorial (https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=419989) on a v10 E ROM of Soul Silver (although it says for USA ROM, but the byte at the offset mentioned in ARM9.bin is the same). Reusable TMs work right, I hadn't found any bugs at the moment. Maybe, the only thing to consider is that you still can obtain more than one TM of a move and it is not possible to remove the amount indicator of a TM, just like gen 5 games did.

    It is apt to you if you add this to HG/SS Golden Edition. I'm just writing to you because you seem interested about this, and to add this feature to your mod (if not, apologizes).
    Here are the modified NARCs.

    For the Magnet Train, MKDSCM has a neat tool that allows you to divorce textures from models and remarry them. I just modified the divorced textures with CrystalTile2 and remarried them afterward.

    Out of curiosity, what was your hold up with the second image in the opening. Personally, I had encountered some bugs in the palette and had to reorder the whole palette. I don't have the best memory, so I can't remember exactly what I did.

    On that note, I can't actually remember what I was going to ask you, but it is nice to know that someone else is actually working with HG/SS. I've only just begun to dig in, though, so I've a bit of work and experimentation ahead of me.
    If I possibly send you a Ruby IPS, could you edit the battlebackround with the one all PM you. ?_?
