Where are you trying to upload it? It might be too large. .bmp's are big.

If you're using Paint, you can save in .png, and it looks the same. Plus, it's a smaller file size.

Well, not to my knowledge, I actually don't play DS much... usually I play xbox360 nowadays well... thats just because the game I got for it... Blue Dragon, it's a very good rpg... well.. every rpg game is good if you ask me but then again there are some not so good ones. xD
