So, it would start off with them arriving at the island and meeting each other and the production team, who tells them their purpose and then abandons them all to their luck. They know there's a surveillance team somewhere, but can't find it.

Although now that I think about it, if there's a team leader, it would become more like a race. So maybe team leaders should be decided within the RP. I dunno, more realistic xD

Yeah, the usual stuff. For the character, Name, Age, Appearance, Personality, a bio, probably, the reason, and the Pokémon they want to take.

As for being evolved, I'm not sure. It could be better to leave it unevolved because it would give another reason to go on (to become stronger).
