Hm, Serebii has a separate section for shipping fics, so that's probably why you haven't come across those. And I can understand why you're hesitant in saying Pokemon fan fiction in an overall sense as each site tend to have a different community (which stories/characters/pairings tend to be more popular and such).

Oh, all right. Sorry for the confusion! Hm, I would think there would be several Pokemon fics that have the game characters paired together. Then again, I see that a bit more in Serebii forums and a few journal sites like Livejournal and Dreamwidth.
