For HG/SS? Then yes. The next upcoming event would be the one to unlock the Yellow Forest in the PokéWalker where one can find themselves either a Flying Pikachu and/or a Surfing Pikachu. It'll be held from Apr. 1st - May 5th for both the US and Europe.

hey, now that you mentioned the pokemon..
didn't diamond and pearl have ONE pokemon difference? like, didn't diamond get stunky and not pearl? what if the same happened with different pokemon with HGSS?
