    Since October is Halloween month, they're giving out Super Size Pumpkaboos via Mystery Gift. The red ball it's in is called a Cherish Ball. The ribbon is just something that all event Pokemon have (it also prevents them from being traded on the GTS).

    The raffle requires a total of fifty posts to qualify. If you have 50 posts by Wednesday, your entry will qualify. For now, I'll let the post sit there in anticipation that you achieve 50 posts by then.

    Also, IGN and FC are your 3DS codes, if you weren't familiar. It's not needed for the raffle :P but if someone mentions it later on to you, you'll know what they mean!
