...well you said water. XD; Fire has a pretty good choice, with Volcarona & Chandelure being the best, so really I'd suggest either of those two tbh.

Unova has pretty bad water types tbh, but you could still use Excadrill for resisting dragon attacks which is bad for Hydreigon. Maybe... Carracosta?

Well, Leavanny and Haxorus do share weaknesses to ice, which is covered by steel (aka Bisharp), Haxorus covers fire, you're weak to fighting with Bisharp, so... Jellicent/Chandelure/Golurk, if you go with the former, probably Virizion would support it, second, Virizion, third... Terrakion. Virizion because of Justified which covers dark type attacks, and having two part grass is fine because you have Jellicent and Haxorus to resist fire. Second = Chandelure absorbs the fire w/ Flash Fire, last because while you're water weak, you'll have three Pokemon that are weak to fire, and it's best to have something that isn't (plus you have water resist anyway) but can cover what you need w/ Justified. Bisharp will also not be hit by the psychic attacks so your Virizion or Terrakion in this case would be okay. Then for your last one... maybe something with levitate, so Eelektross like you mentioned would be fine, plus another type to cover, aka flying which would be an issue for some of your Pokemon, so it could cover it with electric STAB attacks.

Well that can work out -somewhat-, but I think you can do best if you base it around one Pokemon, then make a team to cover its weaknesses. Is there a Pokemon in particular you really wanna use?

Well right now there's nowhere you can do that, though there will be a sticky made soon just for that purpose it's just... still in the works. XD; I can help you out with that here though, at least to a standard where you feel ready to post a thread on it. :3
