Ah, okay. That's fine I'm gathering new stuff for a new game, got a small team trailing behind me, got matching graphics and everything. Only issue is, I can't find a flower texture =~=

Nice, I still haven't had any emotion towards making a fan-game. I feel like a terrible person/creator in that genre, so I moved on to work with CryTek/CryEngine, and now we're starting development on a different game owo Y'all got Skype by any chance? I can't remember, 'cause if you do ya' should add me owo

What do you mean? You asked me how to change the position of the status graphic and I told you - edit those x and y values (leave @spritebaseX in, since that's padding that depends on which Pokémon it's for).

The other numbers take a rectangle (Rect.new) from the status icon image, rather than the whole thing. It uses two sets of values: x/y coordinates of the top-left of the rectangle, and width and height of the rectangle, in that order. Have a look at how the particular numbers in there correspond to the size of a status icon, and change them accordingly if your icons are different sizes.

The x/y coordinates of the status icon are, by default, @spritebaseX+24,36. Find that and change them accordingly.
