It's always been here.. I lost a lot of data and newer maps, but I've come leaps and bounds in other senses. The game went through several shut-down and recovery phases, I still have all my gfx from the old demo so it's a case of cutting some extreme losses and starting over.. However, this time the game has a more defined direction, not only is the storyline rock-solid, but now the game mechanics are nearly ready for showcase. I've just got to start putting my resources together in a new format, because we have left the old ways of 2d behind us ;)
Ok, so to answer your question, It sounds like you need to google "RMXP RTP" and download the run-time-package before you can play.. Also, there is a more-updated version of the demo on the website https://sites.google.com/site/indigoleaguegame/
But don't forget the RTP

So, Meerkat, what's happened to Indigo League? It looked like a great game. Also, my Demo Version didn't work...

Thought I'd reply in VM form. I never hated the game, I just thought for a while you'd stolen it from someone. I know you didn't now though, and I really do like your demo.

Sorry for the extremely late reply; I've had to come over to Korea suddenly and had trouble stabilising things. Didn't want to rush a reply though, so it's only now that I'm starting to type one up..;

My opinion on this compulsory military service of ours until just a couple of days back was somewhat on the lines of 'something tough, but something I'll need to do anyway'. I was pretty much just thinking of it as two years that I'll have throw away anyway and thought I'd might just go with the flow when it comes, but after coming back today from a military physical check (just a checkup to see if you're fit for service), I'm seeing things a bit differently. I'm going to put off a final verdict until things actually start, but to be quite honest, I'm starting to ask myself if I really need to take this.

It's nice to hear what you've been doing with programming over the years. I remember that the reason I got hooked on to game dev. when I first started out was because I could actually apply knowledge that I knew to some kind of creative outlet and hey, it seems that you've taken things to the next level. :D I can only imagine how much fun you'd had had with applying and bending the laws of music. xD

I'm fine with long rambling ons; I like to read, so just use as many words as you please. :D It's just nice to be kept updated now and then. Come to think of it, do you use Facebook/Skype by any chance? I don't seem to have any other way to keep contact with you besides here and msn you don't really seem to log in;

I'm just glad that life's going well for you as a whole. It's nice to hear that you're making progress with things. I've been out of contact with all the rest of the old Game Dev crew, so it's really nice hearing from you; and hey man, there's nothing better than hearing some good news :D Congrats on getting ahead in life. :D

I'm thinking about going back to Uni, so I'll be starting out in the US in around September. I'll start my 2 year compulsory military service in Korea next year, so by the time I'm looking for any sort of job it'll already be six years from now. xD Haven't really been touching anything game dev related lately, but I've been having some fun doing some Visual Novel scripting. It feels like I'm making a movie some ways, but anyway...

It's sad to hear that some guy stole your idea for 3D; it would've been nice to have seen you complete it. But hey, Just give me a message if I can do anything to help; I'd be glad to anytime.
