Hmmm... whatever. You know how to transfer save files, right? All you do is you take X.sav, then you open a Ruby rom in VBA, go to file, then Import, then battery file, and import X.sav. Battle Norman, take Ruby's save file and to the same back to Jupiter.

BTW, x is for whatever you named the Pokemon Jupiter Rom.

Ah, that would be Cybele. It's a legendary at level 40. You can get it after getting the "Odd Stone". That stone is found in Ironwood City, which is the equivalent of Sootopolis.

1. I have absolutely no clue what you're talking about. If you'd give me the Pokemon's name, I might be able to help.

2. Follow the same course as you would in Ruby. Go to the mountain (Mount Dalet, I believe it's called) and battle the Democrats.

On another note:
According to someone, the 5th gym leader won't battle you for whatever reason, so transfer your .sav file from Jupiter to Ruby, battle Norman, then transfer the file back.

Also, talk to the upper Ivan in Gentlewater to get Surf after you battle the 5th gym leader.

Yeah, it have base stat 245 for attack. It's base stat total is the same as Arceus's!

Too bad you couldn't EV train it, though. It's max attack is 647, I think.

With the Missingno. thing, you sure you didn't hack it? I'm pretty sure I fixed my starters, and even then, I'm sure the Pokemon I was testing using that method was not Missingno....
