Well it still takes a bit of time, but essentially it's RNG abuse 101: find a wild battle that lets you PickUp 2 Rare Candies each time you hit that seed. Once you've found one, just keep saving and resetting the clock.

If none of that makes sense, don't worry. I was thinkin of making a guide about it, since it really is a huge help to those who wanna do wifi Lv100's but don't hack

Yup, that is a sad truth I discovered long ago... found a way around it, though, without any hacking of rare candies and whatnot :)
