The way you worded it sounded like you were straight up asking for scripts and it got reported, so I just handled it accordingly.

There's no Resources section, but there's this thread here in the main ROM Hacking section.

You should really check out the Tutorials and Toolbox sections. There are plenty of tools for anything, really, and there are tutorials explaining how to use these tools and other useful stuff. I can't really recommend any tools, since most of them work fine, so just follow the tutorials and you should do fine.

There aren't really many patches for character sprites, but inserting new ones is pretty easy, if you find any good sprites that you like and are free to use. Now for graphics, there should be a few in the ROM Hacking Resources thread in the ROM Hacking section, so look around and you'll find some.

Personally, if you're making your own hack. I think you should try and learn how to do these things yourself once you have the time, in the summer perhaps.

Darn. Well all I was gonna ask was if you knew of or had any good graphics/character sprites .ips file. I just don't like the normal Fire Red design, and am to busy with school to find the time to change stuff myself. If you don't want to give me anything, I completely understand
