  • Yeah, let's see what happens. Would be fun to see how their completely different personalities interact.
If I remember correctly he is a New Avenger. And the first Avenger move went out. So who knows, right?
I was just curious. Either way, from the teaser poster it looks a lot better than whatever the hell he was wearing in ASM.
    I can't wait either.

Trivial question. But do you think they'll have the webbing under Garfield's armpits like they did with the costume in the mid 60's?
One hundred-frickin'-percent. That's half of what Spider-Man is!

I enjoyed Franco as the New Goblin. I just think he could of done a lot better.

Dunst was a terrible MJ. Not to mention the fact that -- ah nevermind.

Point is, Raimi made a lot of mistakes. But it's done now.
Funny. I just had a discussion with another member on the forum asking the same question. Well actually. Nevermind.

I actually like that Webb's film focuses on the theme of Spider-Man/Peter Parker. (Ie. The struggle to become a super hero and dealing with powers at such a young age. With no mentors and no one to help or tell him what he's doing right or wrong. The theme that he must learn what to do by himself.) More over. Webb's Spider-Man is where he should be. In high school. In the first Raimi film, Peter was in high school for maybe less than quarter of the movie. AND BAM! He was in college. I was like, what? Your skipping one of the most pivotal points of Spider-Man being who he is. A kid, a tot, an immature young adult with these amazing powers. Raimi skipped all that jaz. All of it. Which made me sad.

Long answer short. I prefer Webb's over Raimi's, but I do respect that both series have their own pros.
I've only read two different variations of the Spider-Man story. The original continuity with Stan Lee and Steve Ditko (Up to issue 20) and Ultimate Spider-Man with Brian Micheal-Bendis and Mark Bagley <- My favorite artist out of every artist who drew any rendition of Spider-Man ever. Oh, right, to answer your question. Uh... my favorite eh... I wanna say. Really, anytime Spider-Man (in the Ultimate universe) saves someone. Despite how he's treated (Thanks to JJ) he still smiles under that masks and remembers why he does it all.
Heya, champ. The names Tim and welcome to PC. -- Unless... you've made another account as a forum regular. Anyway.

Is your signature of a male Rose from Street Fighter?
