  • Well, the value there is related to the size of the amount of bytes for each of the 6 growth rates. By default, the size is 404 bytes, (101 levels * 4 (since 0 counts as a level)). So I had to make it equal 804 bytes for 200 levels. Unfortunately, the hex value doesn't exactly work like normal hex numbers should and I haven't figured out how to get the number exact. So instead I had to get it to just slightly higher than 804, and pad the extra space in the "EXP TABLE INSERT" file with the extra 00's.
Since you want 250 levels, you want 1,004 bytes. I was able to get it to 1020 bytes, however.
    So enter this (81 ## ## 01) in the offsets where you would put 1A ## ## 01

Now, you have to enter 16 00's at the end of each growth table. (you'll know where each table begins because they each start with 00 00 00 00 (meaning 0 EXP))

I'm also going to assume you already expanded your EXP TABLE location to have values leading all the way up to 250, so I won't go over that. Just add the 00's and replace those offset values and you should be good to go!
Pues disfrutando de lo que queda de veranito, prácticamente no doy ni chapa en este verano, pero me da igual, prefiero descansar xD
