I'm not sure why you should come yell and ask for more help. I really don't appreciate the "KNOW" in all caps. It's aggressive. I kindly told you what it was. If people give you kind help, you should be kind in return.
You were talking like you didn't know what it meant. If you knew what OS meant you should have been able to find out what the error code meant. It's really self-explanatory.

That error is completely common. You have to run it as an administrator.
Right click the RPGXP ".exe" file and click "run as Administrator".
And just so you know, 30 days won't be enough to finish a game. Especially a Pokemon game.

And please, try asking other people questions besides me. D: unless you really, really can't find the answer. Because error codes in video games get much more complicated. It might be the most simple script but you'll mess up eventually and won't be able to fix it.

You can't make a game without knowing what an OS is.

OS means OPERATING SYSTEM.
Pokestarter comes with an RPGXP file.. you don't put it in the folder. XD


I believe "wrong OS version" means wrong Operating System Version.. Operating system is like Windows/Mac/Linux..

Windows: 93(i think), 2000, XP, Vista.. etc.
