I edited EçHi's SU a bit, filled out the "anything else" portion and elaborated on his Glitch Preferences, hopefully it's still acceptable, though I don't see why not.

Since he was first SU, I tried to base him off of what I got from your description. Missing body parts, teleporting randomly, generally flees and hides however will attack anything, named after a number, ect.

Içhi*Zz was kinda supposed be be a sort of joke, being ichi obviously meaning one Z but it's followed up with a glitched out second.

I was more leaning towards being a teamless Corrupted, however I also contemplated having the Kabutops Skeleton (From the Museum in Pewter.) I fought it once in Red, but don't remember what it was called...maybe it was just Missingno.

However still think I'm leaning towards not having a Pokemon...though it's a Pokemon RP.
