There is one small issue however--is it okay if the Dragonite is cloned? I have a fully EV'd Dragonite (6 HP, 252 Attack, 252 Speed; Adamant nature; knows Extremespeed) but she's my special Dragonite so I can't give up my only one.

Alternatively, if you don't like clones I could always make you an EV'd Dratini or Larvitar (and evolve them if you prefer) but that takes extra time.
