  • Haven't heard of the others, but I haven't listened to anything close to Acid Bath in a very long time. x3 But tasteful can have a thousand different meanings.

That's a very hasty generalization, perhaps you've only met the pretentious, elitist kind. I just don't like people that are jerks, I try not to pay attention to the trend or status they follow.
You may or may not like them, I won't make any guarantees lol. :< they might end up being a little too soft for your tastes, but that's alright, to each their own.

haha, there is much negativity focused on this hipster trend. I thought I knew what a hipster was when I spotted some people wearing thick glasses and that bohemian look reading autobiographies of famous socialists and listening to folk music, then I was told it's someone metrosexual who wears the most extravagant clothes they can find. A mixture of both perhaps? OSU, is that Ohio or Oregon?
if that's what you want to call it, sure.

anything involving a radically unique and innovative style. Tom Waits is my favorite musician; I enjoy Os Mutantes, The Residents, Oneida, Jesu, Mogwai, Spokane, Thee Oh Sees...I'm also really into the blues (Bonnie 'Prince' Billy, Taj Mahal, Screamin' Jay Hawkins, etc etc).
making fun of evanescence fans, i don't actually like them ewy. :/

I don't even understand the meaning of the word "hipster." I'm pretty accepting of all these movements, but I haven't chosen to follow any. Interesting to observe, though.
ohh that. I had a friend who was addicted to that show, I've never even layed eyes on it. was Hellsing worth watching?
I find it amusing, yes. it can't be straight up porn, though; I prefer it to contain blood and a storyline, as well as elaborate drawings. cbf to actually ~buy~ any, but maybe one day.

    i leik evanensceance
see I've never gotten into the extreme scene, though I'd like to give the music a whirl. I've attended a few local punk rock shows, but those were always awkward experiences, I didn't really ~fit in~, lol. These days I've gotten myself so used to doughy experimental artists it's hard to break away from that domain into something heavy and radical. >:
I care, but there is very little I can do to effectively help. pot is like, the cure for life.

lol I have no idea about the dog demon one. I watched a few growing up, trying to get back into the more adult themed ones. I've never finished a manga in my life, but I just legally purchased but not really a bundle of guro (filthy, gory, sexy, obscene) mangas, which I'm excited to partake in. Where do you get those (pokemon adventures book)! I've been dying to read the Pokemon mangas I can't find them anywhere

music music. me too. Electric Wizard tells me you're a metal kind of guy, do you listen to music outside of that realm?
the news doesn't disturb me, it's as repetitive as the life of one who works at a cubicle, it only disappoints me. politics do give me nausea, though.
are you into manga/anime crap or no?
yap, I feel the same way I did yesterday. Yesterday, I would have said the same thing. and the day before, and so on until my emergence from the womb. time is an illusion.
I don't have the patience for this new age technology. like the iphone what even in the actual fuck.

sounds redundant. I prefer to feel truly disturbed, all these uniform horror films aren't innovative enough for my tastes.
It's disappointing, I'm glad to not be a part of this upcoming generation (though being a part of the current one isn't exactly dignifying).
I don't even know why I own one, I ignore pretty much everyone.

aw, but you're on your way ;3 surely your older friends will share until then. oh shi, too bad I don't have a DS.

Is he now? What about surrealistic classic films that could be classified as horror for its macabre-ness, such as this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVbTEVfLksU and this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3scPy9ohKDc
chh true that. I had Pepper Ann and Captain Underpants.
yis, Disney is awkward now, I'm not exactly sure what they're aiming for with all these new ~teen-pop sensations~ that aren't really sensations just kids with a vague singing ability, nothing more/less, I'm assuming money...maybe mind control. Who knows. But Lion King is a masterpiece of ridiculous proportions, I love to quote it. "THEY CALL ME, MI-STAR-PIG!"

Ikr, I was crawdad hunting and swimming in the creek in my spare time when I was little. Kids nowadays are being spoiled with lazy luxuries like video games. 10 year olds are getting cell-phones, much to my dismay surprise o.0
I am a whopping 18, I don't intend to ever exceed that. If that means suicide so be it

:0 this is an incredible image. matt's last name (tard) particularly sparks my interest.
    I am a movie-fanatic, or a ~film connoisseur~ if you will (I wouldn't, if I were you).

Me three, I have the urge to reference more obscure films containing robots but "you're not really into movies." ._. Bender from Futurama knows what's up, though.
    It's been awhile since I've watched the movies, my recall leaves much to be desired ok ;~;
A well-lyricized song indeed, I too would call it "deep space gangster sh*t" if I didn't feel my doing so would cramp your style. :S

That sounds amazing, wish I could paint my room. o3o I've got a decent amount of respect for Mickey, less so for the company he's affiliated with (though those Disney classics will never get old). I was thinking about having wallpaper of Robocop bursting through rubble for the next house I move into, what do you think?
Ohhh I forgot about that guy, now I understand your avatar! And now the image of Jango and Wobby mating to create this Wobbubobafett offspring is taking over my mind @w@

*looks up* glow in the dark stars and a broken light bulb. What is upwards where you are?
I would have said the same for your username, until you kindly broke it into parts. I feel compelled to do the same for you: wobble+boo+beefy+barf+ the French suffix "-ette." It was a parody of your name, and could be interpreted as gibberish, as you described. Herro is my way of saying hello, I figured you'd get that one...guess I'm not very good at greetings.

(btw, it's easier to respond on the profile of the person you're talking to rather than your own, so they know you've responded. people tend to respond on their own page a lot, then get frustrated that no one is talking back. n3n)
all i got was, gibberish that sorta sounds like my name then hero.
I am a hero, thank you citizen.

my name: wobbuffet + boba fett = wob-bu-boba-fett
