but i figured it out now,i just have to attach the file
through the advanced thingie,...but it doesnt works on
visitor messages so i've uploaded it to deviantart and it
supports .png files so here it is ^^

Hello. I was wondering if you could make a Pokemon Center Tile. Here are the discriptions:
Colors: Red and Pink (As usual)
Size: More of a medium than small.
Discription: A banner hanging on the top with a Pokeball on it. I want it to be animated, like it's swaying with the wind.
Please tell me immediately if you can or not. Thanks!
