  • Also, I hope you don't take offense to my deleting you right away now. You can of course keep and raid my Ghost Safari (Golurk!) to your heart's content, but I'm challenged for space ATM and can always readd you if we trade again. I just have another person with an identical Safari (whom I also see regularly elsewhere) so it doesn't help me to keep both on the system. :)
No, I'd hatched and left it. I am not an expert at the EV training bit yet.

What's the Reshiram for? I hope that was you I just traded with.

BTW, I gave you the one without 31 in Attack. Mud Bomb is Special Attack, so I kept it maximum.
Need to update your profile. It lists a friend code no one can use any longer. :) Need your current one.
Your Chansey is waiting for pickup. If you see me hanging around here, try to connect with me to trade. :) See below and decide which one you prefer.
Yes, as I said, you just need to decide where you want the 31 missing. Should I cut Attack, Defense, Special Attack, or Speed? All of them have a guaranteed 31 in HP and Special Defense, and three of the other four.
I got Bold and the moves on Chansey. I thought you'd prefer Chansey because you need the Oval Stone to evolve Happiny anyway, so Chansey's ready to go as stated in the last VM. Just wanted to give you the options. :)

Again, you'll get a 31/xx/31/31/31/31, but I can also move the "xx" to either Defense, Special Attack, or Speed. Whichever you choose you'll get. :) The only Natural Cure has the non-31 in Special Attack, and the rest have Serene Grace including another non-31 in Special Attack.

If you want it now, I can send it now. :) Just hang around here a bit while I'm online so we can try to connect. ;)
I made an error in my breeding my selecting a Chansey without HA to breed, and ended up with a 31/xx/31/31/31/31 that knows Mud Shot, Heal Bell, and Seismic Toss. I can optionally add Dazzling Gleam or any TM that Chansey can learn (if there is one you don't have yet) as the first move on the moveset. Or, if you want Healer ability, I can keep breeding the 4IV Healer one until I get a suitable 5IV to continue breeding with. What is your pleasure?

If this existing specimen is suitable, let me know if I should add a TM and I can be on.

I'm going to continue to get a 5IV HA Chansey and eventually get a Happiny out of it. If you'd prefer a Happiny, that can be done. Note, however, that I can't guarantee both Bold and an IV arrangement with it; I have to hand Chansey an Incense to get the Happiny, so can only give Ditto an Everstone or a Destiny Knot.
Excellent. I'll be doing all of the following today knowing that parents can only hold two items.
    - Everstone for Ditto, Destiny Knot on Chansey, breed the Bold Chansey which already has the Egg Moves.
    - For my Dex, breeding Happiny. Option #1: Everstone the Ditto, Incense the Chansey; no IV guarantee.
    - For my Dex, breeding Happiny. Option #2: Destiny Knot the Ditto, Incense the Chansey; Nature becomes random.

I'll start with the Bold Chansey as that's my way of making sure everything is lined up right. If you do NOT want Happiny (as in you'll have the Incense to breed one should you want it), I'm done there. However, I have to breed my own Happiny anyway, so if you want either of the other options above and want to change to that, I'm doing it anyway. :)

My first project for the morning is to get the Skitty with Mud Bomb (last thing I did before falling asleep LOL) to breed with the Chansey. One Egg should be enough, but I'll try to hatch two or three for IV options. (UPDATE: I have a 31/xx/xx/xx/31/31 Chansey to level up and rebreed with the Bold Ditto.) I'll rebreed take seven Eggs to start, more if needed. Anything 5IV gets rebred after a Wonder Trade session (I have two boxes of things to clear out and two more already to stick into my Bank) as I doubt I'll hit your configuration immediately. Once I have the successful Chansey, I'll either rebreed that for another identical subject or just use a very similar one to breed a Happiny; since natures are 1/30 and IVs are hard to get with five 31s without the Destiny Knot, I'm going to try the option for random nature and hope to hit some Bold ones. I might even change the Ditto out to the Japanese one (it's also Shiny) once I have my Bold Chansey so I can try for a better Shiny than the Safari spits out; I have three of the Safari Shinies. :)

Either way, if any of this is confusing, I'll announce my breeding results later. At a minimum I will get a Chansey ready. Happiny is for my own objectives and will be available if I can match it up (or close).
Oh, no problem. I have the male Mawile now and with 3IVs, so that's a helper for later. But I need to know what nature you want on the Chansey? I'm going to try adding Mud Shot for myself (part of my plans), so you'll get that as a bonus. Once I level Mawile, I can breed it with the Chansey, then Ditto the correct nature in before working on IVs, though adding Mud Shot is just an extra step in between that.
Well, I just checked it. This will take a bit. Seismic Toss has to come from Mawile...and that is a chain breed. If I add Mud Bomb, that comes from Skitty...and is ALSO a chain breed. That one isn't a problem with many potential mates; however, I have to locate a Mankey/Primeape to give the move to Mawile, and that assumes I have the right genders on hand to start off. AND that Mankey/Primeape has the move.

I'll move this to tomorrow as I know Mankey is in my Bank. After I get the Mankey-Mawile pairing to give me a male Mawile, it's just a case of leveling it up and breeding with any Chansey. Same with the female Skitty, though male Skitty are harder to come by for breeding, and thankfully all Chansey are female, so breeding that phase is not an issue. It's just getting the grandfather and father on hand. LOL I'll make sure I have a female Mawile ready to go, and I think I have a female Delcatty to breed with to get a Mud Bomb Skitty.
n/p, just finishing my Kanto Dex. I'm three Pokémon away and also want to evolve my 5IV Rhyhorn/Rhydon and 5IV Seadra so they're over where they belong. :) Training in the Chansey Safari, but I'll pull one out from the PC for eventual work.
Sorry, been busy with other projects - for instance, in Johto, some can only be found one day a week and those were the last two days. I'll grab one of my Healer Chansey when I get on this evening and look for mates. I've also been doing some IRL stuff lately and haven't played as much, but the Johto projects are now complete, so I will only have to grab more on request. Mostly in X now. :)
