1st draft (please edit and improve (maybe add the name of 1st town))

Earthquakes have been distressing people and Pokémon all over the region of Chugoku. Reports of a huge Pokémon floating over Kanto moving west towards [name of town where protagonist lives]. The ground is opening up all over in small cracks growing to huge craters. People of all ages are being given Pokémon for their own protection and to try and help as all scientists and psychics can foresee the end of civilisation and life as we know it. Could this be a natural occurrence or is someone behind it. Only time will tell.

Sorry, now I'm working to a hack based on a foreign Community and is in my first language. Mainly a parody of that Community. But for other projects you're welcome
