  • Ahah, I don't think band aids can fix broken bones! Unless they're magical band aids... Are they?

Oh I see. Nice to see that you got a way around the issue. Not sure any of my friends would do that for me!

Ah, because when I read a scientific paper/article, I also search about who wrote it and consequently, the university they work in. I've also watched a lot of lectures but most of them are math-related, so they're not so helpful for you. I'm looking forward to watching one from Harvard that has to do with Science and Cooking once it starts in October.

Yeah, that's understandable. I think the main issue isn't that they're "smarter" but rather that school is a competitive system so they wouldn't want to help you. I know how it is hm... Yes, I do take all three. Right now they're simply Physics, Biology and Chemistry. But later they split themselves into Organic and Inorganic Chem, Mechanical and Optical Physics and so on.

Well, yes. It's just that you mentioned not having a lot of people to count on and your nature's even set to lonely so yeah... I am sorry! I'm also sorry for whatever it is that happened when you were 14, must've been quite bad to change you so much... At least you believe it resulted in at least something good. But I guess only you can decide if it's good or bad, indeed. You know I've also had something happen to be 3.5 years ago, but it didn't make me quiet. It just changed me in other ways...

Muramasa is way more hardcore than Dust, yup. I even thought Dust was kinda short. And it definitely was SUPER SHORT in comparison to Muramasa. And no, ahah. I'm far from professional, I suck at games actually!

Also sorry for cutting this message short! I uh... Yeah, sorry!
It's so much fun spending time with her because her attention span is amazing for a kid her age. We can sit there doing the same thing for two hours and she won't get bored, which is good because I don't like jumping around from activity to activity.
All nighters are not for me anyway, when its time to sleep, I have to sleep. I sleep at like almost 10-11pm almost everyday, and wake up automatically. My friends on the otherhand are like nocturnal owls who are energetic at night and can study until 4am in the morning and have only 2 hours of sleep at the eve of the exam... These people... are just too hard core...
Marina! You've squished me! Now I have lots of broken bones ;-; I'll need somebody to patch me up so I can squish you back! <3

Hiya! Oh I'm glad you're or at least were better! Goodness, I guess that really shows how much you care about me. Thank you so much, Marina! c: And hm! I think I'm the opposite of you then, I don't even have a phone of my own! They're just so expensive here. I mean, there are cheap ones, but they're not so good, so in my mind it's actually better to buy a computer than a phone. Btw do you use an iPhone or an Android device?

But I am facing them, right now actually! On a smaller scale of course. And it's not about which course to take but rather which school to move because of economical problems. I don't mind if you rant to me about stuff, I rather like that you do it, so I know what's going on with you c:

Ah yes, those are the usual places. I'm also not so keen on universities from those places, specially when it's about Biologic/Artistic Sciences. Try to give a go at Johns Hopkins if you end up going to the US, though. Oh also lots of universities from the US and UK actually post full lectures on the internet, so you could try taking a peek at those! And edX has a Harvard "Introduction to Biology" series of lectures and tests, so you can familiarize on how things work there. It's all about researching! =P

Well then I think perhaps graphic and web design will become your hobby, seems like you and biology were made for each other! I find it interesting on how you had to actually had a science to pursue, you get no choice here. Yup, zoology branches more to veterinary stuff while neuroscience branches off to medicine a little bit and maybe some psychology. I'm sure that you figure out what you want to do with your life in time, though!

Yup, you know that I'm younger and you didn't run away! That's odd, haha! I like how you said "yet" c: But yeah, I noticed that you tend to be lonely... At least that what it seems to me. Now let me ask you something, do you actually "like" to be lonely or it just ends up happening and you have to deal with it? Because if it's the latter, oh Marina! ;-; *kisses your cheek* I will always list-- okay read the stuff that you send me, by the way! Unless you send me something like voice messages, then I'll listen to you too! Always always always!

*pokes your nose* Don't worry about me, I'll be fine Marina! <3 I also miss you a lot! I think I might actually have to end up stealing you for myself! :c

No no it's fine, don't apologize because of that! I can understand you perfectly. Like I said before, you have quite the way with words! c:

Oh and on a lighter note, I played a game this and last week and ended up beating it, after not playing anything properly for so long! Yay! The game's Dust: An Elysian Tail. It quite reminds me of Muramasa, and I love Muramasa, so I ended up loving Dust too! c:
Hah, I shall! Headaches aren't that big of a problem though, no need to worry about me c: And I do certainly hope it won't!

Aw you're so so so nice, Marina! c: Oh I'm happy that you don't regret talking to me! I hope our friendship lasts very, very long!

Pfft of course it's okay for you to rant to me, Marina. Well your first issue doesn't seem like it has any other solution. I mean, you could win at the lottery but otherwise you'll probably have to deal with student loan... If there's too much competition and/or not enough places at a university, that's not really something you can control, unfortunately. In which country would you like to study?

Hm, they're so different from each other! When you have free time, do you usually spend your time doing creative things, like drawing, painting, singing, writing, et. cetera, or researching about stuff to apply your knowledge at a later time? Because one of your choices is about creating and the another is about understanding the creation. Subject choosing is such a tricky subject because really, you're the only one who can make up your mind. Even if I stayed by your side 24h and watched you do everything that you do, I still wouldn't know what goes on in your head. And even if you choose a subject but then feel like it isn't the right one for you, you shouldn't feel bad. You're choosing it at time in your life where there's a lot of pressure and even though you're on the brink of adulthood, your mind can and probably will change. Changing courses is a thing that happens quite often! Besides, the road to success isn't binary, like fail or win. It has lots of fails along the way until you reach the win.

    I wish I could help you more with those things but they're problems I myself haven't fully experienced. I'm so sorry Marina ;-;
Just remember that you don't have to face any of this alone, no need to suffer in silence. Share these things with other people and don't feel bad about telling them, because if they don't care, it's because they aren truly your friend, and if they care, you'll actually be strengthening the relationship. And then when the person has a problem, he/she may also tell you about it and you'll be more experienced in life! Also remember that life will beat you to your knees and keep you permanently there if you let it. Nobody's going to hit as hard as life. But it isn't about how hard you hit, it's about how much you can get hit and keep moving forward.

Sorry for making this message so long and maybe deviating from the problems a little bit, by the way! You don't have to reply everything, just you know, read! I'm also in one of my depressing days. It's okay to be sad sometimes, but it ain't okay to let the sadness consume you. I like that you acknowledge your feelings and act towards them with realism c:
Also you typed all of that on your phone or you used a computer? Because if you typed it all on phone, good lord you type fast! o.o
Aaaaaand I love you lots, lots and lots! Mhm! c:
    THANKS!!!

Whenever I use my computer, I would just visit PC, play some forum games, stalk, after that, watch some anime and play some games. I don't really have a hobby, that's the reason why my weekends have been dull for the past 2 years. Would love to go out some friends, but all my friends are the kind who love to stay at home and play computer games.

I can't go 24 hours without sleep, although I did pull an all-nighter a few times already. But that's only because I have this tendency to not be able to sleep if there's an important event tomorrow. Gosh, just how old am I already, still having such things... Jeez. However, I can't live without sleep, normally, I feel tired by the time the sun sets. But I wake up freaking early automatically (like 4-5am) Afternoon naps is my favourite past time, but friends and teachers have been condemning it.
I am I am! And I'm actually not the best coder yet, but eventually I'll get there, eheh. ;~; We have some very talented coders here though, like Abnegation!
I try to watch stuff with her now because I can get away with it. Most of the stuff that I watch is made for children and she's a child so that works out perfectly.
I'm glad! I highly dislike the idea of you feeling discomfortable, yikes! Well, I guess it really wouldn't be that pleasant if you tried staying up all night anyways... Ah I get headaches when I stay in air-conditioned places both because of the cold and because of the lack of water in the air, yupyup. I hope it doesn't happen to you again, Marina! :c
Aw thank you so much! I love being your polar bear! *bearhug* You're one of the greatest persons I have ever met and I'm so grateful that I simply get to talk with you. And hah, I may not know, but you're certainly much more precious to me than I am to you! c:
It's nice to see that at least one thing can distract you from the worries and responsabilities of your life! We usually go crazy if we don't have our small breaks from the mean world. Well, I'll always be here for you! Might take a while to answer, you know, crazy time difference, but I'll never leave your hand hanging if you happen to need another helping one c:
It's a lot of hard work for very little pay off. Plus, you'll almost definitely have to deal with married couples that would be happier divorced. Or whiney teenagers pretending to be depressed for attention.
Oh no! A gastric reflux while not being able to do anything ;-; Did you get better after you left class? Or rather, are you okay right now?
I think so much about you and it feels horrible that I can't go there and be physically by your side, telling you the nicest things about yourself and at least trying to actually help! ;-; *hugs* But oh well! I know that you will prevail, with or without me. c:
Oh and also I love you and miss you! <3
I'm doing digital media/web design :3 I'm better at that anyway, and I am!!
I like most of the seasons. Right now I'm trying to finish up Xros Wars before the English adaptation comes out so I can watch it with my daughter and compare the two.
No, as I've already registered already, so I cannot drop anymore. So its do or die for me. There's no turning back now.

I am not asking for anything but, I am just aiming for a L1B5 of just below 20, its not that high, or not that low, its just acceptable.

Enough of this study talk... Jeez, after a long day at school and nobody wants to talk about it, right?

So what are the things you normally do during your spare time? (hobbies, interests, or something like that)
Mine was alright, but I don't remember it much. I think I watched a lot of Digimon and ate something with garlic in it.
I try but I dunno! It seems almost as I have hands and feet of a dead body since they are so hard to warm up! There's a expression a friend and I use to describe this "type" of hand and feet here, it's "mãos de cadáver", quite literally hands of cadaver xD. Yeah, I noticed you said you'd be up all night but then you disappeared. Oh Marina they expect so much from you! ;-; You don't know how much I want to go there and hug you! Is your homework due to today? :c
