Hm... I don't know about your confidence, but you really don't sound like someone who would answer interview questions inadequately - after all you're very nice and polite. I don't know, lady Fujiko, the job market isn't that nice anyways and employers can sometimes be ludicrous too. I don't live in the US but I have some friends there who have told me tales about jobs there.
