Sorry about that, I was in the middle of an intense brawl battle! Now to properly reply.
1) Thanks, Im glad someone else sees it. It's kinda sad to see after all I have contributed to the fangame making community (all the dp outsides, interiors, cave tiles) that there's so few people on my side.
2) Like I mentioned before (sorry if I sounded rude) The issue wasnt about my DP based tiles, those are free for public use and thats why I created them for the public. The actual issue was use of my original tiles, which arent based on anything from Nintendo and are completely custom. I also don't mind sprite editing, as long as in the end you cant actually tell its an edit - otherwise I would consider it stealing yes.
3) Placeholders was kinda stealing, seeing how he didnt specify it was a placeholder, and he didnt mention it was mine or anything.
4) I'm not actually doing anything illegal because these arent nintendo's tiles. I'm even using my own creatures so theres no issue with nintendo. Im actually just shocked about how this forum is treating me when like you said - I am the victim. I get punished whilst the actual thief gets away with it completely free. I asked mods for help and they just said they didnt even want to talk to me about it. Waudby is still using stolen (original) stuff in his avatar and no one cares about removing it, yet they rush to disable my sig when its well within my rights (as a human to put whatever picture I want (within reason)) and as an artist to show when people steal my art!
