    No problem dude!

My question is I'm thinking about getting a Eevee in Black 2 and evolving it into a Glaceon. I had a look at the the evolution process from Eevee to Glaceon and it says I need to Lvl up Eevee at an Icy rock. Not sure what exactly that means and help would be awesome dude, thanks!
