Don't worry about it, I still have a lot to do too, so take your time with stuff :I. The Gym probably won't be at all like how you design it (unless it's really awesome) so don't worry about finishing that.

Also about your other convo there, Gen I-III hacking sux now. Gen IV gogogo

I wonder why people don't GB/GBC hack more, there many more ways of doing stuff in hacking these instead of Firered/Leafgreen, and Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, then again there more tools for GBA and I never actually seen a GB/GBC tool or resource at all really.

That is true, good luck with your storyline.
Yeah I knew it was Intel base, but I didn't know it was similar to the z80, so that is cool.

I loved Hyetology, it was actually pretty good, and I loved Super Rising Thunder, that is actually one of the best GBA jacks I've seen around here.
I just tried Prism and I think I'm in love, it's amazing, how can you switch characters from the player to the larvitar like that? How can you battle with only larvitar and not the player sending out a pokeball, it's...impressive to say the least.

Technically, what all hackers do these days, there is no interesting things I've seen from the progressing hacks section that interests me.

I'll try it, I might just like it

I also agree with hackers are just messing around with tools but you kinda have to mess around for a bit until you want to make a serious project.

Omg. . . "archeologists from the uni", "Elemental Orbs", "No reason for gym leaders, but you have them anyway"
This is sounding way to much like my hack xD (I also fall into category A as well, but recently I have been thinking about letting on a little more)
Yeah and I think my class is for x86 processors, what ever that means

Actually I never tried any GB/GBC hacks, I kind of played Team Rocket Edition, but when I try to speed things up like I do in GBA hacks, it goes extremely fast and I have no clue to what I'm doing when I speed things up. I try not to speed things up anymore but it became an addiction. :/

Ugh...the last thing I said in my post. It makes me sound like a ***** even though I was trying to make it seem funny. Yeah, half the time when I post and I think it sounds good, I read it after and it is just awful. Life tries to make my life miserable when I post.

Okay I will do, your hack as always look interesting to me.
As of now animating this cretin tile set has been a real pain, your hack might be a good refresher. XD
It is hard to show that your hack/ a hack as a good story. Because either A: You keep it a secret for the player to find out, but then most people will have a hard time starting it/giving it a try, or B: You give the story away - right from the gecko, but then that ruins the game( Well for me personally, I hate it when people have the whole storyline/list of events mapped out in their opening post). It is this balance, that is very hard to come by.

I can ASM a little, I self thought my self, but it is pretty tricky for me at times. I am actually taking a class on assembly this up coming semester, so I am hoping that will help. I really do enjoy, the actual game mechanics that go into making a game/hack, and the opportunity it presents.

Hello, I saw that you made a comment on my member page/thing and it was deleted, so, what were you gonna say?

Oh wow, that is really cool, and to be honest I don't play to many hacks myself. The only ones I end up planing are the ones I helped with, or beta test for, other then that I would rather use my time to work on my hack rather than play one.
I just always find it interesting/funny how people vote. XD
I could see why they picked you, they want someone that has an opinion outside of gen 3

Yeah, that was really the only thing I was thinking about( Drastic Over/under ratings)(For instance if someone really doesn't like the hacker they would give their a hack a 0 just to mess with that hack's score/rating)
Side Note: I am actually curious as to whom will become the judges of this years HOTY and how they will score the hacks.

That sounds very interesting, seems perfect on paper my only concern would be people not be able to be objective. Which is something that can never be fixed. The only possible upgrade/change would be to minimize the impact of human flaw, which I see your system doing. . . so kudos.

It's possible at least for staff members to edit polls (as opposed to flat-out deleting them). It wouldn't be the worst idea to have the poll-poster be able to edit them, though- I'm not sure if that's something that's ever been discussed. You should bring it over to Ausaudriel:
As far as I know he's the tech head and if this were something to be implemented, he'd be the one implementing it. :)
