Okies, so we start with Roserade

    Roserade @ Focus Sash
    6 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Natural Cure
    Timid Nature
    > Toxic Spikes
    > Grass Knot / Leaf Storm
    > HP [Fire]
    > Sleep Powder

Alright, so the above is your everyday standard Roserade and imo, an efficient lead. You start this out by Sleep Powdering the opposing lead if it's slower ( i.e. Empoleon, Swampert, Metagross, etc. ). Then you continue by laying down your T-Spikes and then smacking others with Grass Knot / Leaf Storm. HP Fire is for scizor, metagross, forry, etc. Focus Sash lets you live at least 2 turns so meh. It beats getting critical hits when your main goal is get the t-spikes down.

    Gardevoir @ Leftovers
    252 HP / 48 SpA / 176 SpD / 32 Spe
    Modest Nature
    > Will-o-Wisp
    > Wish
    > Phychic
    > Thunderbolt / Focus Blast / Shadow Ball

Standard stuff here. Leftovers is preferred over Life Orb on this set as it is mainly about supporting your teammates and losing 10% every turn where you can gain 6% each turn is pretty important. With Trace, smart switching is your friend, you can switch into enemy Gyara on the DD and trace intimidate and then let Thunderbolt loose. You can do this with Salamence too, just be careful as Gardevoir's Base Def and HP aren't spectacular and P2 is more effective at this. Phychic for STAB and wish is to heal teammates . Good stuff here.

    Swampert @ Leftovers
    252 HP / 216 Def / 52 SAtt
    Relaxed Nature
    > Stealth Rock
    > Ice Beam
    > Earthquake
    > Roar

Standard stuff here. Get SR Down, roar to shuffle, EQ for STAB, and Ice Beam to hit Gliscor, flying etc.

Anyways, now with the foundation (if you really call it a foundation) ready, I'd suggest Scizor, something to lure in waters to cripple, and <filler> lol

    Good Luck !

Stealth Rock, maybe a bulky MixPert?

^ Just choose any set with SR

What sort of team are you trying to build ? I know the most standard is Bulky Offense but just tell me which

I'm asumming Roserade is T-Spikes lead and Gardevoir is for wishpassing, tell me wrong otherwise

I was thinking to myself the other day on better ways to use this blog. There are loads of impressive blogs on PC and I feel like mine is being wasted. So I was wondering - would anyone care to read this blog more of I reviewed albums from time to time? I have an intense love for music, and it's something I quite enjoy. I just wouldn't wanna do it if no one cared.

This has been playing on my mind for a while. This is topic particularly bugs me, as all my living/in contact family members, apart from my granddad, are female. This has lead me to highly respect women. So it's deeply annoying to me personally when we still see examples of inequality of the sexes. Especially when it comes to sexualisation.

First of all I wanted to talk about the media's relentless attacks on women for how the look, but not men (as much).
