    Um.. Well I don't really know anything about IVs, but as far as EVs go... From what I've gathered, you pick up EVs from every pokemon you beat. They will give you an EV in one of your basic stats; HP, Att, Def, etc. Some pokemon will give you two EVs in a stat, or even three! For every four EVs you accumulate, you will gain one extra point in that stat > 4 EVs = 1 HP, or Att, or whatever stat it is in. You don't get them all at once, but kind of spread out over time I think... That's all I know!     Hey, I'm glad to meet you! I'm so happy to meet such friendly people. I had never heard of this IV or EV stuff, it's interesting. I'm trying it out with a Houndour and Staryu. SAtt and Spd baby!
