    Still, PZ is incredibly frail. It's better to BP Speed Boost to a Pokemon that could make better use of it, like Metagross.

    Unless one is Scarfed, all of those guys outspeed it. Even if it's Timid, Mence still outspeeds it, as does Adamant Gyrados after one DD. I do have a PZ, and without a Scarf it barely does a thing.
