Okay then. If she doesn't look right, I can change her or you can feel free to change her if you want. Sure, I have her finished. Albums. I think this is the one you want? If she's not, sorry, lol. I'll try again. I didn't tweak her very much. I was afraid she'd turn out bad.

Heh, most people our age are the same. Haha, nice. Sounds better than my religion class. xD Yeah, I don't even know why we have a religion class. We really don't need it. It's actually just a waste of time. I don't go to mass or anything besides at Christmas when my mam makes me. Yeah, he is a dick. Everyone hates him, even the teachers. He's a complete loner. Yeah, sure I only did three tests this year because I was sick for the other five. I got 81% in English 95% in Business and 34% in Irish, lol. I hid my score card anyway, because it looks ****. My report card came anyway and that's fairly decent so my mam won't be looking for anything, heh.

Oh God, I hate when people say that. I didn't really care until this hippy came up to me in the city and wouldn't stop saying it. I really wanted to punch him. D; Haha, fuc* I'd go psycho. That's even worse than "right". Nice one, lol. She sounds a bit like my sheep teacher. She's actually hilarious. She stole a packet of crisps from a first year before and gave them to me because she felt bad. xD Then, when I opened them, she stuck her hand into the packet and took like half of them, lol. I made her buy me a cream egg in the tuck shop last month too. She's so stupid, it's funny. She wrote "BE QIUTE" on the whiteboard before because we wouldn't stop talking. Yes, she spelt it like that. xD It was hilarious. The whole class nearly died laughing. Here I go with my life story again, sorry.

Yeah, that sounds like my business teacher. He completely ignores anyone who he doesn't think is an A student. I have no idea how I got included in his smart people group because I'm terrible at business. I'm hopefully dropping it for my Leaving Cert. Haha, what a tool. Some teacher guy in my school is the same. He shows off so much and only the people in the slow class listen to him. They always talk about him and he thinks that all the students think he's amazing. Haha, lovely. xD

Haha, I do. I love pulling pints, but I can't stand the people that come in, or the smell of them. Well, I stock shelves, serve people, sort the bottles, etc. At the moment, my dad's rebuilding the lounge and putting a massive extention onto it. He said that we're possibly moving in there when it's done. That actually suits me fine though because my best friend lives like three houses away and I can walk to my bus stop (Right now, I live in the countryside, in the middle of nowhere). It'll be fine when it's done because the young people will come back. There's going to be a massive stage and stuff so we'll have bands playing. I can escape from the old people then, so it's all good. (Y) [/Life story]

I really need to stop talking about myself. I'm not vain really. D:

Gotcha. it's cool that you have a career guidance counselor person :< I feel like I'm making a mistake by not approaching one myself. for awhile though I obsessed over entering the Peace Corps directly after high school, but that obviously didn't happen, so here I am lying to myself that I actually will someday. x3
What did your DAT tell you? It wants me to work in the fine arts, social sciences, or in law. xD yeah right @ that last one. I struggled at the speed part I think. I really am a slow thinker and a terrible strategist, lol.
the more i think about it the more ready i am to get back to studying. the only thing I'm really not looking forward to is getting up early ;c

I too think that is a load of rot >: we're not so pressured here, unless by society and personal influences, to plan out our future. do you have the option of a junior college? i'm taking that route, to get my basics out of the way and give myself a couple more years to figure out where i'm headed. i was about to mention that, the choice to start over if you decide you don't want to take the path you originally chose, all of it seems like a waste of time really. kai mentioned earlier how school basically takes what can be learned in two weeks and extends it to several months and piles unnecessary busy work on top, and i completely agree with that, i'd hate to have to start over. D: afk;jdfhlk
lol ikr. it's ridiculous! they have to be distracting us from some major conspiracy they're plotting.
no, we have the DAT for that. xD SAT's is more of an achievement test. you'd think they'd've squeezed enough info out of us with finals and a TAKS, but apparently not.

Oh, that's alright! it's not a big deal, it was just a brief documentary about a guy who owns a store that sells obscure brands of soda. it's kind of fascinating, shame you can't see it :<
wow, that seems mildly complicated but probably wouldn't be hard to get used to. it seems like you have to know pretty early, there, what you're aiming for as a career. here we have several state tests, and it's as you called it, pointless. you'd think that's what finals are for, but they do all this testing for state statistics and other weird analysis things. our main test is the TAKS (but this is in Texas, idk about other states), which is essentially the same thing as a final exam. it covers all basic courses and takes hours to finish, and the government forces all teachers to base their curriculum around it. If you don't pass, you can't graduate until you do, and you get four times to try I believe. it's more important than the finals themselves, which only add to your grade average for the class, they don't actually determine anything. o_e oh right, SATs. That's not exactly a final, it's a test that determines how "ready" you are for college. like the TAKS, it's ~critical to your future~. We also have the ACT as an SAT alternative, then you have your placement tests which only take a couple of hours to complete but are also pointless nuisances. >:(

Well done man:p That guy sounds ridic haha. Just don't push him way over the edge. He might try to demonstrate the physics of ballistics on you guys

Ice soccer- YES! It's always fun to play field sports in icy conditions; it makes injuries that much more probable:D So what are you doing with the rest of your off time??? * cough modern warfare cough*:p

That sounds strange to me, because here we're all scheduled, our graduation date is set in stone. Do you guys have any extra end-of-course exams aside from finals?
Every area has its drawbacks and benefits, I suppose.
Lol, I suppose the same way they make lemon-lime flavored sodas. n3n I have no clue. It's a rarity apparently, I saw it on this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gPbh6Ru7VVM this made me curious, as well...somewhat wary, but curious

It sounds young now, I guess we didn't really feel all that young at that age.
I know what you mean, I have vague memories of actually living in the city for a brief time, but I've grown up in the countryside and in suburbs. I prefer the countryside over suburbs, though, regardless of the lack of civilization. I appreciate the countryside for the nature, serenity, and beauty; I long to live in the city to experience an exciting, clustered life; and I hate suburbs, the houses all look the same, everyone acts the same and is always in your business. Most people who live in suburbs usually stay in suburbs, I'm scared that'll be me @n@
Maybe America is just crazy, lol. When are you graduating?
No, I've heard they were surprisingly delicious, though, I've always wanted to try one o3o

Well, what I'm after is Weavile and Gallade with fronts, backs, and icons inserted/tested (replacing Gulpin/Swalot), plus a custom Pokemon that I'll be designing as time wears on. I'd also like to try to put Lucario and Riolu in there over Sentret and Furret and possibly one or two of the Sinnoh legendaries, but those are low-priority. NiKaNoRoU was going to do some hero sprites for me, so that's pretty much covered. Btw, have you tried the Advance-Series toolbox yet? Wichu made it, it's basically a comprehensive set of programs for inserting front and back sprites and icons, and for repositioning battle sprites. It's a nice tool.
Btw, my beta testers appear to have gone AWOL and I just finished my first alpha. Think you'd be interested in testing it for me?
Thanks for your help offer, I appreciate it.

lol, I openly don't like it. everyone needs their drinky-winky in reasonable intervals. ;3
Oh, we give out a "provisional license," here called a "driving permit," at 15. My friends were illegally driving around at that age, too. xD I really hate driving. The feeling has grown on me, just speeding fluidly through the road, but I really would just rather walk everywhere. Where I live everything is too spread out for walking or biking and there isn't any public transportation, I would love to live in a city though where I could get around by the bus or by foot...driving makes me nervous. Unlike everyone else I know, I wasn't being taught to drive at a young age, I started driving literally at sixteen...and that was with my friends, who were already driving, and dared me to risk driving their car down the road when I had never been behind the wheel before. xD It was a struggle.
Surely the grad-night alternative will be something similar? :c That's sad that they would take the fun stuff out of it. By drugs I mean ecstasy, apparently everyone was on it last prom night, too bad I wasn't there to witness the madness.
Oooh yes the easy kind with the powder cheese involved. *u*
random question that has nothing to do with anything: have you ever tried cucumber soda?

About the next beta, that would probably depend on how far you guys want it. Right now I have no idea when to release the next beta, because nobody has given me any feedback in the thread. The only comments I've gotten so far are, "OMG HACK FIRERED!!!!".

Right now my progress is finishing Viridian City. The map is done, but the tiles aren't. I've also fixed a minor glitch (for some reason Route names didn't appear if you played as a boy until you beat your rival).

If nobody is going to give me any more feedback, or if all I get is stupid bullsh*t saying "OMG HACK FIRERED NOT EMERALD", then don't expect a beta for a while. It will probably be around Cerulean City if that's all the comments I get.

Haha, thanks. It was actually surprisingly easy to do. Nerds are my new favourite sprites. :3 I did that one in about ten minutes. The girl took forever. She kept turning out like a cheap knock off of the Beauty ones. Now, she looks like the scary cat lady in the Simpsons. :/ I think I should make another one instead. xD

Heh, awesome! That sounds really cool. Yay, they worked then. :] Lol, purple. That sounds great. I actually think purple probably looks better. :3 I just picked random colours. Hence why one dude currently has green hair, lol. No problem. Thank you for including them.

Haha, that's grand. I say a lot of completely random things. I started talking about Final Fantasy a few days ago for no reason at all. xD Heh, Irish was so cool last year but now we have the most boring teacher in the world. He makes a joke and doesn't laugh, he's always early for class, he gives us work in TY, he gives us work if there's only three people in the class, he failed 90% of the class in our Christmas test (myself included) and he says "right" way too much. We actually count how often he says it. The record is 561. The least amount of times is 234 and that day the class got interupted to go pick up litter. I can't stay in that class. DDD: Haha, fluent in maths. Some dude I know actually is. :o I don't know how and I really don't want to.

Essays, HA. I do nothing. I fell asleep in religion twice this year, lol (Same teacher for Irish </3). Haha, some of my teachers like me. My business teacher, english teacher and health and safety (lol) teachers think I'm great. If I ask for ANYTHING, my business teacher lets me do it. Then, he says that how could anyone say no to me... A little creepy, but I got a out of a lot of classes to go to the library and talk to my friends (I ask can they go with me, haha).

Yep, heh. I was working in my parents' pub, gahh. I was forced to. D: I don't do so well with old people. If I say anything they glare at me. D:

Lol, yeah, there are a lot of questionable laws like that here. like you're old enough to fight for your country at 18 but not old enough to order a beer. :/ What is the legal driving age there? Ours is sixteen, I think that might be changed to 18 soon o.0 Yeah, you have to be I think 18 to purchase those games here too...but many young'ns seem to work their way around the law x3
Oh, ups ^^ it is similar in that sense, yes. Do your friends go all out for graduation night? My friends hire limos, buy gaudy dresses and crazy-tall heels, bejewel their eyes, wear hair extentions...then spend the leftover cash on drugs and booze. It's the most absurd thing I've ever seen. o3o
It's good to not be picky. I think being picky was my mistake in job hunting, lol. I just didn't want to hate my life for extra cash, even though I needed it. :< But working at the grocery store shouldn't be too bad ^^
lol, I think it's good not to worry yourself about the future. My mom is like a ~scheduled, organized business lady~ and it kills her that my only plan is to wing it, but idk 9n9 She's the least happy and most stressed out person I know, and I don't want to live like that.
I've thought about a career in game developing too, even though gaming really isn't my thing...I just like thinking of stories for games, lol. But it doesn't hurt to give it a whirl. Awesome that you found a package with those three, :O you could incorporate your music into the games you make! 8D
Lol, I can't even cook a microwave meal without screwing it up. Maybe we should just stick to spearing animals and eating raw meat.

Not at all, you definitely come off more eloquently than my friends who are around my age and older. ^^
In Ireland are there a lot of limits to what you can do still? Like here I couldn't see any wildly ~risque~ films til I was 17, couldn't buy cigarettes (not that I'm a frequent smoker) til I was 18, can't drink til I'm 21, etc etc.
Not quite like prom night (though I've never even been to prom =too expensive, took a road trip instead lol= but I've heard things!) but I get what you mean, it's nice to have a get-together like that for graduation. We just went to a stadium, sat through speeches, grabbed our diplomas, and rushed out of there to attend parties of our own. xD lol, sensitive teachers. What is the half-assed alternative?
Agh searching is like a job on its own :( are you picky about where you want to work, or are you just like "GIVE ME A JOB ANY JOB"
no, and right now I'm just taking basic courses :b I have no idea what I want to do, I'd rather live in a tent in the wilderness and live on baked beans, but no one else wants to :< Have you set out your future?

No problem. I'm sure there's more important things for you to be doing. Sorry about the really late reply.

Oh thanks. Yes, I'm up for it. In fact, they're done. The girl one looks a little strange to me. :/ If you don't want to use her, it's cool. Heh, thanks. That sounds complicated. Colour order. Alright then. (Y) I see what you mean, heh. My colours are probably totally off so. o.O

Ah, oh right. Yeah, I'm not great at maths. I had to read four different revising books, get grinds, go to extra maths classes and two courses on maths just to get a B in the Junior Cert. xD Awesome. I went to the Gaeltacht twice, but I usually found myself in detention for speaking english.

Haha, Swolphe. Nah, it's grand. Don't go to too much effort. I'm in TY. I need to kill time. You have more important stuff to do. I'm sure the region will have an awesome name anyway. (Y)

Haha, I hate getting up early. I had to work yesterday. Aww, it must have been horrible going back to school. I'm still on my holidays. xD I can't believe school's cancelled until Thursday! That's the best news ever. Haha, aww god. Your teacher's sound nasty. xD One of mine looks like a sheep. She's unbelievably stupid too. She gave me an A because I carried her books for her before. xD

The sad thing about using a flashcart is that it lacks the RTC... which is pretty much why I'm not going to use all those fancy day/night tools in my hack. Heck, even if EZFlash did have RTC, I still probably wouldn't use the day/night tools since it's kinda glitchy, and those colors look horrible.

Mewtwo will play a bigger role. I have almost everything planned out, and I'll say this: Expect to fight a Lv50 Mewtwo when you have 7 badges. Also for consistency with Platinum, the Elite Four will actually be one level lower than FR/LG, but they will still be A LOT harder. Every single Gym Leader and Elite Four will have a new, revised team.

So, if you like electronic dancey music, check this link out:

I've had it as my usertitle for quite a while now, but.. well, I could do with using my blog a bit more often, haha.

That's my soundcloud. I've been playing music (piano) since I was about... five? Five. And for about four years now, I've been producing music electronically. I can play a bit of guitar/ukulele too, but...

I'm actually quite suckish at using my blog, but... I really don't care. I rarely have anything interesting to post but this is something I HAVE to write down somewhere, because it's just too weird.

So in the late 80s, my parents moved from Ireland to Canada. My siblings and I were born there, and we lived there til I finished Senior Kindergarten at age 5. We then moved back to Ireland, where we lived in the sorta suburbs. I went to school there for about two and a half years before...

Here I am with a slightly more controversial blog post. Definitely in comparison to my previous ones anyway, which have all pretty much been little notes about my life.

Anyway, with the death of Apple dude Steve Jobs a few weeks ago, and now with the recent passing of world-reknowned (have no idea if that's the correct way to say it) singer Whitney Housten at the age of 48, it's got me thinking; when it comes to celebrity deaths, there's something that really, really annoys me....

So, it's been a little while since I last posted in this little blog, and... well, I still don't really have that much interesting things to say, but oh well :P

So if it hasn't become clear by this stage, I'm a Scrubs fanatic. (How one could be anything but is totally beyond me). Most people who know me will also know that I'm quite into music in general. And so, when you cross these two fantastic things, you get...

(In case the first wasn't enough to make you notice, my title's will all start in "My", like Scrubs episodes).

So yeah, yesterday I met up with my buddy DrFuji, who came to Ireland all the way from Upside-downia :) We had a pretty awesome day, which consisted of much walking around, then sitting down, then walking around some more. It was odd to talk about the things we usually talk about, but in person :P

So a fair bit happened during the day. We got some food...
