When I see a movie with friends we always give thumbs up or thumbs down to the trailers. We all quietly look at each other and then at the same time give our opinions. It's fun because sometimes other people will look over and some will smile and some will look confused and slightly annoyed.
Yeah, I'm sure that's why it's organized that way, but it's funny how it sort of works out that you don't get a lot of the 13 year olds in the non-pokemon areas.

I go a lot by what I see in trailers even thought they can be misleading. You can pick up a lot about what they want you to think the movie is by the trailers.
I've noticed that too. Not a lot of people post in more than a few forums. But PC is so big I guess that's not surprising. Do you ever get the feeling that the main page is organized by age? The top half has New Users and all the pokemon forums while the bottom has Other Entertainment, writing and OC.

Oh no! We need you to be in the emergency room! =O
What happened to your geckos?

I don't like the choices the people in charge of the awards make in general, so if they say something is good, I assume I'll think it's bad. I'm like that with most critics and reviewers, too. That's my anti-establishment side showing.
The whole poetry area is already at the bottom of the pile. I would bring it up, but... I dunno. I'm lazy, or I don't care enough, or something else that makes me not feel like doing it. It feels like most suggestions get turned down anyway. Now I'm showing you my defeatist side.

That would be another movie I never saw. I think when a movie wins best picture I loose any interest I might have had in seeing it. It's like a kiss of death. I can't remember there being a movie that won best picture that I liked. Of course I can't remember any past movies that won best picture at all.
Contests everywhere. Even you are doing PotW. Maybe OC will start having debate teams. That might even work, but even if it didn't it would still be a lot of fun to watch.

I don't remember what the other nominees were, but some of them were probably better. Those awards never make sense.
That's too bad. You'd have a hard time competing with all those artsy types who are probably all over it. Which would make winning so much better. I'm glad I'm done with the review contest, but I just saw yesterday there's another contest out there, a make-your-own-legendary-pokemon contest, so I'm thinking I might try that one. So many contests. Must be because it's spring and people are happier.

Yeah, there's not much you can say if you haven't found something yet, is there?
Guess it'll go on my list, but maybe closer to the end. I've been doing more reading this last week or so than movie watching so I'm behind and I've got a lot of things to see first.
How's your profile going?

Ooh. :3 And yeah, though my bathroom is blue haha.
I think my mum got the dye washed out of the towel. Though there is still a hint of it still there lol.

I went to college because I wanted to learn things. Nothing in particular, just things because I like learning. That's kind of my point in doing anything. People back in the fifties had it easy since it was drilled into them that the point of life was working so you could get married and have kids. You gotta find a point to doing things somewhere, I guess.
I remember reading about that winning best picture. I'm still not interested in seeing it though. War movies are usually way too moral or excuses to watch violence (I don't think I can really say just how much I dislike senseless violence) and those aren't things I care for. But if it's not that kind of movie then I might reconsider.

You are welcome.
Oh. I actually like Platinum a whole lot, and HeartGold/SoulSilver was awesome.
But now that you saw the pics, what do you think? I have a positive image about Gen V now...
