    Probably. I expect Spite uses a unique battle script instruction to actually decrement PP, so I'd take a look at that.

    Yeah, overwrite that. I tried to bring Fairy type before, but I horribly failed. And I can do scrpiting, if that's not a problem. Which ROM are you editing?

    Vba is showing you it dissembled. When the game reads a THUMB offset, it takes a modulo 2. If that returns 1, the code is THUMB and should be read that way. If the modulo returns 0, it should use ARM. Now, THUMB code is still spaced on even offsets, so on a jump to a THUMB offset, the offset is simple -1.

    Odd values get rounded automatically.

    0xD == 13. THUMB is only odd numbers. ARM is even numbers.

    lsr r0,r1,#0x5 = r0 <= (r1 / 2^5)

    That is not ASM, that is an effect table that tells what it's properties are. This table is read by the ASM routine to execute the particulars of each item with the same code for many items. Try the other offset.

    I think it was a typo. Think about it this way, an lsl rZ, rX, #0xH will take the value in rX, multiply it by 2^H and then put it in rZ. The same goes for lsr, except it is division instead of multiplication.

    No$gba debugger is my personal preference, but others have used vba and its built in disassembler.
